The monthly first-Friday Pau Hana hosted by BoxJelly Ward. Eat, drink, talkstory, and meet a community of people with qualities that are expansive, diverse, and genuine. Friday, July 1 @ 4pm: Big Island Tech

Thursday, July 7 @ 5pm: Green Entrepreneurship
Yishan Wong is CEO of Terraformation, which develops off-grid seed banks that process and store millions of seeds. He also served as the CEO of Reddit, Director of Engineering at Facebook and worked at Paypal. Now, he lives on the Big Island. Hear his story courtesy PACE. Register here!
Monday, July 11 @ 12:30pm: Defense Industry
Featuring Dr. Imes Chiu and Dr. Vaibhav Jain (VJ) from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), who will explain how to do business with one of the world's largest supply chain managers, who procure, warehouse, and distribute thousands of line items throughout the world. A new meetup group for the Garden Island, with virtual Friday meetings every two weeks. This group is for developers and technology people, including students, mentors and advocates for technology advancement on the island of Kauai. A non-traditional hackathon, expanding on traditional kanaka concepts including moʻokūʻauhau, our collective identity, and honoring our ancestors; using modern technologies; bringing a foundation of kanaka digital tooling to the world.
