Speaking of local news... we wound up at the city's centennial celebration at Honolulu Hale on Sunday. After riding the rides and collecting some swag, we went to check out the giant cake. "Serves 10,000!" they said. Daryl Huff from KITV was there, and ended up interviewing Katie for the 5 p.m. newscast. What can I say? She's at home in front of the camera.
